2. In France it is easier to get good clothes at a smaller price. Lower priced stores there mean less tricky construction and lower quality fabrics. But compared to US clothing, they still have amazing garments at the simplest of stores. Cute linings, nice seams, good styles. Why can't we have this in the US? WHYYYY? POR QUEEE?
3. Guys actually care about how they look. They do their hair, and wear stylish well-fitting clothes. And contrary to popular American belief they don't look sissy, they look handsome.
4. Simple, well-fitting, expressive clothing, and attitude.
5. For the everyday you can have a uniform that doesn't look like a uniform. For example: Jacket, blouse, jeans, flats. It's a formula for going to school or work etc. but it doesn't look like one from the outside. You change the actual pieces depending on your mood, but the elements for the function of the look are the same.
6. It's okay to wear the same garment twice in a row, or the same outfit within a week. Americans are so weird about stuff like that. They seem to think there is value in never wearing the same outfit, but I don't see where that value comes from.
p.s. Yes, this post is overgeneralizing. I'm just talking about overall cultural differences, of course there are exceptions.
