Is this how Harry felt when the Goblet of Fire spit out his name? Probably not...Maybe...I don't know

I am about to start reading Deluxe: How Luxury Lost its Luster by Dana Thomas, and The End of Fashion: The Mass Marketing of the Clothing Business by Teri Agins, both given to me by a wonderful friend.

I am excited, but at the same time terrified.

My fear is that after reading these books the magic of fashion for me will choke and die.

Living in denial is crap, however, and I want to be as informed as I can be.

So, here I go.
